Support OB Fees (LH OPC) for All Priced Flight Options and GDSs
03/04/2012
The calculation for the Credit Card Fees applied by the various Airlines is now handled through our CIB Database. The Credit Card Fee stored in our CIB is now applied on the Grid Pricing(tm) page and on the Multi Fare Display page according to the parameters given in the booking workflow, e.g. Point of Origin, Service Class, Booked Fare, Airline, Region, Credit Card type, and so on. In the TMS, within the Air Policy in the Disable Credit Card Fee Calculation, the Travel Manager can administrate whether the CIB calculated OB Fee shall be applied or not, and whether the OB Fee shall be displayed separately or included in the Air Fare. The OB Fee taken from our CIB may change later in the workflow due to a different OB Fee being returned by the GDS. The point of time, when the Credit Card fee is returned correctly from the GDS is for Amadeus the moment of finishing the booking and for Galileo and Sabre the event of issuing the ticket. As soon as the correct fee is returned from the GDS it's no longer calculated through our CIB. In this event, no Change eMail will be triggered with the change of the OB Fee.
Send Notification eMail in Case the Passive PNR or XML for cytric Travel Wizzard(tm) Failed
03/04/2012
In case the selected type of transmission for cytric Travel Wizzard(tm) requests to the Partner Travel Agency is Passive PNR or XML, cytric will now send a backup eMail in case these transmissions failed due to any reason. Then the Partner Travel Agency will be informed that a User has tried to send a cTW(tm) request and will receive an eMail containing all relevant information to handle the request. Therefore it's now mandatory to store an eMail address in the cTW(tm) section in the Partner Travel Agency settings.
Display Expiring Cards, IDs and APIS Passport Data on Personal Portal Page
03/04/2012
If an expiry date for any of the user's card types or APIS DATA stored in the User Profile is about to expire in the current or following month, a warning will be displayed to the User or Travel Arranger on top of the Personal Portal. This information shows the expiring card type with a direkt link to the corresponding section in the Users Profile. The check for any information to be updated will be done once per cytric session. As this new function not only refers to the users Credit Cards but all card types, the section in the 'Edit Personal Portal Options' has been renamed to "Update Expiring Information" and can be activated or deactivated for the System.
New TMS Option 'Dynamic Near Field Override' (For Hotel Program Type 'Exclusive Plus')
03/04/2012
With this new function it is possible to limit the radius for the additionally found Hotels, being added in case an Exclusive Plus Hotel Program setting is used. In case the defined minimum number of Hotels within the Hotel Program is not met, additional Hotels are going to be listed (as has already been the case in the past), but with this new setting it may be defined that only those additional hotels are shown that are not further away from the center of search as the nearest Hotel Program Hotel found. To administrate this setting, please go to the Hotel Program Settings.
Enhancements for 'Travel Arranger Settings' in TMS
03/04/2012
In future it will be possible within cytric to define very precisely which different access rights should be available for the various Travel Arranger rights. The Travel Manager of the System will then be able to administrate what a Travel Arranger will be able to access or do within the System, if he will be able to access, create or delete User Profiles or use the Travel Arranger Dashboard. All current Travel Arranger rights can then be separately administrated regarding their access rights. Therefore a new TMS section within the Travel Arranger Settings has been created to customize those access rights called 'Customize Access Rights for Travel Arrangers'.
With a higher version of cytric Release 11.5 an override functionality is added to the recently implemented logic to automatically use the Enforce Airlines settings also for DynaWeb(tm) carriers. With this override it is possible to ignore the Enforce Airlines settings on DynaWeb(tm) carriers. All DynaWeb(tm) sites activated for the System will then be requested additionally to the Enforced Airlines for the GDS. Therefore a new TMS setting has been added in the Air Policy Enforce Airlines and within the Cube Channel(tm) Technology Rules of Usage to activate the DynaWeb(tm) override for Enforced Airlines.
Enhancement for "Type of Entry in the Free Data Field" - Booking Message Recipient
03/04/2012
When a Free Data Field is defined as 'Booking Message Recipient' it is now possible to define more precisely for which type of Confirmation eMail the recipient stored shall receive a Confirmation Message. Formerly there has been no differentiation between Online Booking, Offline Imported Booking or cytric Travel Wizzard(tm) Request Confirmation for the Booking Message Recipient eMail. Now there are three options available to define for which type of Confirmation the Confirmation Message shall be sent.
Enhancement for "Define Perfect PNR(tm)" - Additional Application Rules for Perfect PNR(tm) Elements
03/04/2012
With this enhancement, there are more options to define Additional Application Rules for Perfect PNR(tm) settings. The new value section "Variable Value" has been added. Those variable values can be selected from a dropdown list containing the same values as the Data List. Now a rule can be setup for e.g. two variable values - and not only for one variable and one fixed value as before. Nevertheless a rule can still be setup for a fixed value, of course.

The selected Special Equipment will be transferred to the Provider as an optional request and is not guaranteed.
Add Corporate Rate Ticketing Override to Ticket Options
03/04/2012
This enhancement assures to define separate Ticket Options for Non-Corporate Fares and Corporate Fares. In case there is a mix of Corporate and Non-Corporate Fare the more restrictive setting of the Ticket Options will be used. The settings currently stored in the Ticket Options were migrated to the new section Ticket Options for Corporate Fares, so both Fare Types will have the same Ticket Options by default first.
Now cytric ONE Systems support Rail Bookings. All fully integrated Rail Providers, all Punch-Out Rail Bookings, Cube Channel Technology and Comparison of Rail/Air Options are available on cytric ONE Systems.

03/04/2012

Pre-populate Dynamically the Users Preference for Selected Travelers
03/04/2012
cytric will pre-populate the Users preferences stored in the User Profile dynamically on the Start Booking page. Means: when a Traveler is changed on the Start Booking page via the Radio Buttons on the right hand side, the Preferences of the newly selected Traveler will replace the preferences of the formerly selected Traveler. So when a Traveler is changed on the Start Booking page, the Preferences are instantly updated from the Users profile. Herefore Javascript activation is absolutely necessary.
For hotel program hotels the following new option has been added: if a hotel is fully booked via the online Cube Channel(tm), it may be treated now as an offline hotel. An eMail request may be sent, to a dedicated eMail address that has been stored in the hotel settings within the hotel program. We have therefore added two options for hotel program hotels, to have the possibility to request an online fully booked hotel offline - either via a dedicated eMail address, or via the Partner Travel Agency eMail address for the recipients then to request this hotel offline. Formerly a hotel was either defined as an online or an offline bookable hotel within the hotel program. Now hotel program hotels can be supported in both ways.
The two new hotel program booking types are:
'Online + Fully Booked eMail'
'Online + Fully Booked Travel Agency eMail'
Enhance Location/Division Information eMail with More Details
03/04/2012
When a Location or a Division is created, deleted or changed within the cytric System it can be defined within the General Corporate Default Settings in the Main Company Profile Settings which specified eMail recipient shall receive those informational eMail containing the name and the address information for this Location/Division. As there have some important information missing in this eMail we have added the information of the System Name, the Customer Number at Partner Travel Agency and the Location or Division ID.

03/04/2012

From now on it is possible to save the cytric Travel Wizzard(tm) Shopping Cart, and to continue with the cytric Travel Wizzard(tm) Request at a later point in time. The data already entered, e.g. Traveler, Expense Data, Free Data Fields, Trip Purpose, Selected Approver, remains in the cytric database, but is not changeable in the cytric Travel Wizzard request afterwards. It is not relevant whether the cytric Travel Wizzard(tm) Shopping Cart contains any segments already, or whether only the administrative data has been stored in the cytric database. To complete the cytric Travel Wizzard(tm) Request, the Shopping Cart can be re-opened under 'My Bookings', and the user may simply continue. A change with an already completed cytric Travel Wizzard request can of course still be made.
With this development the title 'Magister' is made available on every User Profile and Booking Workflow Page beside the titles 'Professor' (Prof.) and 'Doctor' (Dr.). In case every title is selected, cytric uses the title 'Prof. Dr.' and ignores the title 'Mag.'
Disable Seat Reservations for GDS Airlines through CIB
03/04/2012
Some GDS Airlines charge an additional fee for seat reservations. But such seats are not separately marked in the seat map of the GDS. Therefore it can't be guaranteed, that seat reservations made by cytric will not incur additional costs to the customer afterwards. With this enhancement it is possible to define which GDS Airlines should be completely disabled for seat reservation in the citric Content Info Base. At this point in time this is only relevant for Air Berlin Flights.
The Proof of Booking functionality has been enhanced with Out-of-Policy Reason Codes for Flight-, Hotel- and Car-Workflow, Lowest Fare Information, Hotel Rate Limit and Number of Hotels offered beyond Rate Limit.

03/04/2012
For customers using the cytric Web Services it will now be possible to administrate the Booking Options depending on the existence of an External Trip Reference even on Location and/or Division Level. Up to now it has only been possible to activate the function "No booking options on Personal Portal(tm) if External Trip Reference is not presented" and "One booking limit if External Trip Reference is presented" only for the entire System. Now this can be administrated more precisely. To administrate this new function please go to the cytric Web Services section within the cytric Companion settings in the TMS.
cytric Travel Wizzard(tm): New Segment Related XML Structure of Billing and Delivery Address for cCTW and cCOB

From now on it is possible to import or export every supported Form of Identification for BIBE Bookings via csv Upload or via cytric Companion for Profile Synchronization. Imported Data will pre-populate the Section 'Rail Ticket Options' in the 'User Profile - Personal Preferences'.
