To provide a comfortable view with as much information as possible, i:FAO is proud to present the new “Alternative Hotel List”.

The display in the “Alternative Hotel List” contains all necessary information, same as in “cytric Original Brochure Style” but in a more compact format.

One line with hotel information is divided into the following columns:

• Hotel Name and City
• Price per room per night
• Breakfast information
• Special Price information
• Distance
• Facilities
• Action / Continue Button

With the new cytric Release no change confirmation eMails will be send for changes of ticket number and/or a confirmation/modification of a seat request and special meal request.

The cytric Administrator may activate the sending of these change confirmation eMail regarding ticket number and/or a confirmation/modification of a seat request and special meal request.

Of course for changes regarding e.g. flight number, flight time or price, change confirmation eMails will still be sent. A separate activation / deactivation is not possible.

With the new cytric Release 8.3 a new TPA eMail format will be implemented, called ‘Simplified Travel Policy Alert’ eMail.

Whenever the ‘Simplified Travel Policy Alert’ eMail is selected, the TPA eMail will contain the following information:

• Reason for Travel Policy Alert including Reason Code
• Booked segments and total fare per person
• The cheapest displayed fare

All other information, such as information about Traveler, Identification for eTicket, payment information, free data field information etc. are not displayed on the ‘Simplified Travel Policy Alert’ eMail.

Whenever ‘Simplified Travel Policy Alert’ is activated, the same format will also be used for Travel Policy Alert eMail concerning Hotel and Car bookings.

Currently it is already possible to store GDS Rate Codes (for GDS Hotel bookings) and Corporate Discount Numbers (mainly for Hotel VDA bookings) including an image for hotel bookings in cytric.

The new VDA provider ‘Hilton’ does support GDS Rate Codes. Therefore the functionality to transfer Rate Codes was enhanced to also activate Rate Codes for activated VDA providers.

cytric offers two options to display flight availabilities: Sort by Schedule or Sort by Price. Sort by Schedule is set by default.

For the initial display or Air options some customers prefer the sorting by fare and not by schedule. To adapt the setting on System level, the cytric Administrator has the possibility to change the default sorting for the System and may allow the user to change the default sorting defined in general.

A new System text for the page “Confirm this Booking”, which will be displayed in Case cytric has found a possible duplicate booking, has been added with the new cytric Release 8.3

With the new cytric Release, the information about stops and special meal request will be displayed on the confirmation page and confirmation eMail.
