Technology Sales & Adoption

• Introduces corporate clients to online solutions based on identified needs in product demonstrations and presentations
• Consult on solution selection and configuration
• Conduct customer training after implementation
• Develop and manage adoption programs together with corporate clients

Implementation & Support

• Manage implementation projects from offer to closure of online booking solutions, portals and profile management systems
• Manage proven implementation processes
• Documentation of labels
• Technical label administration
• Customer training during implementation
• Manage problem tracking and delivers support to User helpdesks within Europe

Product Management

• Conduct Release Management incl. change requests
• Solution performance monitoring (availability, speed, issue resolution, responsiveness,)
• Global product coordination and planning

BTS offers in cooperation with i:FAO Group the travel agency independent, neutral extended version (cytric enterprise) or the travel agency independent, neutral business version "BTS-Cytric" with the respectively most current release stand at the disposal.

We contain the implementation, the multilingual support for the end-user (the so-called 1^st level) as well as the entire administration of the system (the so-called 2^nd level) as an "all inclusive careless package" as well as - when required - trainings and introduction support.
