The cytric Enterprise Reporting functionality addresses all steps in the travel data reporting process—from data access to report design, management and delivery, and report integration with portals and applications.

Based on i:FAO’s proprietary fourth generation vegas technology, cytric Enterprise Reporting offers comprehensive and easy to use access to a wide variety of pre-defined reports, as well as easily customization for individual reports.

The pre-defined reports are available in two categories:

• ‘Regular’ reports, which contains variants such as Address Report, User Rights Report, TMS Access Report, Travel Arranger Report, Booking Report (containing extremely detailed data on every booking), Traveler enRoute Report (e.g. who is where today?), and a variety of Top 20 Reports. More Regular reports will be added from time to time.

• In addition to the Regular reports i:FAO offers the exclusive Advantage Reports™. Advantage Reports™ are different from the regular reports, as they represent an analysis of the data, rather than the data only. These reports are presenting an Executive Summary (All activity, or separately by Air, Hotel, Rail, or Car), comparing current month, quarter, or year data with the prior year’s periods in up to 60 different categories.

As an integral part of cytric, the cytric Enterprise Reports are accessed through your cytric interface, but using a separate role and rights system. This is important, since the reports can easily be distributed throughout any size of corporation, without compromising travel manager rights. Therefore users at any location or division may have limited rights to receive or generate reports for their respective units.

Reports are available in different formats:

• CSV files, where the delimiter can be comma, semicolon or tab.
• PDF files in A4 and letter format and with landscape and portrait orientation.

The distribution of the reports meets all corporate needs, and includes:

• Immediate distribution (view report)
• Postponed distribution (report by eMail)
• Recurring distribution (subscription, report by eMail)

The cytric Enterprise Reporting package has been designed to effortlessly accept data from external sources, such as vendor or agency systems and can be extended to operate as a corporate travel data repository.
