With the Air France Carte d’Abonnement an additional airline program will be available in cytric. In addition it is possible to store Airline Discount Cards in the user profile in order to calculate the respective rebate automatically during the booking.
With the new Rail Policy Manager the cytric Administrator has a more flexible and more detailed possibility to create Rail Policies for integrated Rail Provider according to the companies travel policy.
The setting can be selected by Global level or between two cities or rail stations.
With the new Rail Policy Manager it is also possible to select a certain Trip Purpose and a certain locations and/or divisions or differentiation on the duration of travel, the Rail Policy should only apply to.
ENHANCEMENT OF SEARCH RADIUS FOR HOTEL PROGRAM HOTELS

The standard radius search for Hotel requests is 15 KM when searching for a city, e.g. London and 2.5 KM when searching for Hotels at an Airport, e.g. London Heathrow.
On Systems with an activated Hotel Program, the cytric Administrator may define a new search radius for cities or airport requests and may now enter a city or airport and define the new search radius for this specific location.
It is today already possible to import free data field groups with a .csv file. With the new release, it will be possible to validate the grouped free data fields during the booking workflow.
ADDITIONAL DEFINITION OF FREE DATA FIELD CHANGES DURING BOOKING WORKFLOW AND IN USER PROFILE

With the new cytric Release 8.9 it is possible to define, if a free data field entry should be changeable or not during booking workflow and/or in User Profile/Quick Profile.
The option to store the highest fare allows to write a PNR element containing the highest fare that has been displayed to the user during the booking. This information may be used in the travel agency for reports and MIS calculations.
With the new release the option to store the highest fare has been enhanced in order to provide the possibility to store the highest fare by service class.
There is also the possibility to consider either restrictive or unrestrictive fares and also corporate fares and DynaWeb™ fares.
There are several booking workflows for which more than one traveler is possible in cytric. The cytric Administrator can define in general how many travellers are allowed in the system in one booking.
With the new release the option to define the maximum number of travellers is defined per booking workflow.
ENHANCED SETTINGS FOR OUT-OF-POLICY FARES WITHIN THE MULTI FARE DISPLAY

The Air Policy Manager allows the cytric Administrator to define which flight options are displayed to the user as out-of-policy. After selecting flights the user continues to the Available Air Fares Page on which all available fares for the selection are displayed. All fares that are out-of-policy are displayed according to the Air Policy Manager setting as Stop or Stop TPA.
In order to allow a more distinctive and restrictive handling of out-of-policy fares in the Multi Fare Display, the settings for the Available Air Fares page are enhanced. The cytric Administrator may now define if out-of-policy fares should be displayed as not selectable or if they should not be shown at all.
On the Start page of Portal Systems, the user may select the respective language by selecting the language icons on the top right side of the Portal page. With the new release, it is now possible, to assign an individual icon to a specific language.
With the new cytric Release information about the amount of CO2 emission is calculated for each service class and per outbound, return or multi segment booking and is displayed during the booking workflow and on confirmation. In addition to the CO2 information, additional flight features, if available, are displayed.
A great variety of data values is available in cytric to define Perfect PNR™ entries. In addition cytric can check the condition if the data value exists in order to decide if the PNR entry should be written or not.
With the release 8.9 the condition to define that a PNR entry is only written in case the data value exists will be enhanced. A new option will be available to define if all data values or if only one of the selected data values must exist in order to write the complete PNR entry.
With the release 8.9 cytric will require the acceptance of a cookie by the user’s Internet browser. The cytric cookie will be kept only temporarily in the memory of the browser. It will neither be stored on the user's computer or used beyond the lifetime of the current user session with the cytric system.
Please note that if the Internet browser or any other networking component in the corporate network infrastructure will block the acceptance of the cytric cookie, no LogIn to the cytric system will be possible.
